The Town Hall is reserved for GEAS administration and internal information, plus a library for GEAS publications, newsletters, the contents of the actual Library, and information such as the Membership list and the current Council of the society. The Town Hall is also the center for information for the Village. Here are noticeboards for the inhabitants to leave notices, proclimations of local news, weather reports, the Library and so forth.
The Town Hall also houses the Village courtroom, where those that break its many and complex laws come before the stren Village Magistrate. Offenders may be sold to passing traders, or thrown into the prison on Hill Street. At the moment however no cases are in progress.
Near the entrance of the Town Hall, opposite the doorway which leads to the courtroom, you notice a door standing open, leading to a small room. Over the door a sign says "LICENCES". There does not appear anything to stop you going in.
Please consult the Library for information about the world of the geas village, its background, setting and more. This information can be used while playing the 'beneath the village' For information on roleplaying in general have a look at the Encyclopedia GEAS, while for information about the society have a look at the archive below.
Notice Boards Come to the Town Hall Noticeboard, to read discussion about the society and about gaming in general. Feel free to post your oppinions, ask questions and hope for answers. However, please note that the Town Hall Board is not for roleplaying. If you wish to roleplay on the village then please go to the Inn |
