A Nugget is a form of Munchkin. Specifically a Nugget is a character specifically equipped just to kill really hard things. However this does not mean that the player is a Munchkin nor that the character is 'cheese' since their characteristics may be perfectly reasonable. It is the character that exists to kill things.
