Collectible Dice Games are an attempt to make a variation on the Trading Card Game craze. They involve dice games played with special dice which must be collected from sets containing a random selection of dice. As with Trading Cards some dice are rarer, and more powerful, than others.

Currently the main Collectible Dice Game is TSR's Dragon Dice. As yet these games have not proved as popular as Trading Card Games, mostly because the dice themselves are far less attractive than the well drawn images on trading cards.
